What I know for sure...

It’s time to stop believing the lie! You do not have to live with and die from Type 2 Diabetes. It’s time to stop believing that diabetes success begins on your plate, when in actuality it begins in your mind.

I work with…

Type 2 Diabetics who are sick and tired of the diabetic roller coaster of highs and lows. They are tired of not being consistent with exercising and fighting themselves over food. Most often my clients aren’t checking their blood or taking their medication consistently. They have been confused for far too long but they know it’s only a matter of time before time runs out. My clients have tried everything but feel like nothing is working.

My Goal is to…

Change the way Type 2 Diabetics think about diabetes so they can reclaim their lives and live. #OneLessAmputation.

The best way to reclaim your life from diabetes is to…

Get really clear on what’s not working. Let go of the crap that’s holding you hostage and create a plan for success with the help of a coach. Oh, yes, that would be me.

Gain awareness on how diabetes works in the body and learn some useful ways in overcoming diabetes.

What is diabetes anyway?

Diabetes is basically a person's inability to regulate blood sugar levels. Type 1 Diabetes more specifically is a chronic condition in which the pancreas produces little to no insulin. While, Type 2 Diabetes is a condition that affects the way the body processes blood sugar on a cellular level. These chronic health conditions take a lot of getting used to and can become very burdensome over time. While there are many articles written and support groups created, more needs to be done to help individuals, parents and caregivers of those coping with diabetes.
